📜 Order & Return Policy | سياسة الطلب والاسترجاع

1. Custom & Made-to-Order Furniture (التفصيل حسب الطلب):

• English: Since customized products are manufactured based on the customer’s specific choices regarding fabrics, dimensions, and designs, these orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once production has started, unless there is a manufacturing defect or a deviation from agreed specifications.

• العربية: نظرًا لأن المنتجات المخصصة (التفصيل) يتم تصنيعها بناءً على اختيار العميل الخاص للأقمشة والمقاسات والتصاميم، فإن هذه المنتجات لا يمكن إلغاؤها أو إرجاعها أو استبدالها بعد البدء في تصنيعها، إلا في حال وجود عيب مصنعي أو عدم مطابقة للمواصفات المتفق عليها.

2. Ready-Made Items & General Terms (المنتجات الجاهزة والسياسة العامة):

• English: For ready-made items, customers are kindly requested to inspect the products carefully upon delivery. Correct, damage-free items that match the order cannot be returned or exchanged after receipt.

• العربية: بالنسبة للمنتجات الجاهزة، يُرجى التأكد التام من المنتج عند الاستلام. المنتجات الصحيحة والخالية من أي عيوب والمطابقة للطلب لا تُرجع ولا تُستبدل بعد الاستلام.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products (المنتجات التالفة أو غير المطابقة):

• English: If a product arrives damaged due to shipping or does not match the requested specifications, the customer must report it within 24 hours of receipt with supporting photos or videos.

• العربية: في حال وصول المنتج بتلف ن الناتج عن الشحن أو غير مطابق للمواصفات المطلوبة، يجب على العميل الإبلاغ خلال ٢٤ ساعة من استلام الطلب وتزويدنا بصور وفيديوهات توضح المشكلة.

4. Order Cancellation (إلغاء الطلب):

• English: Orders can only be cancelled before production or dispatch begins. If a custom order is cancelled after manufacturing has started, the cost of utilized raw materials will be deducted.

• العربية: يمكن إلغاء الطلب قبل البدء في تنفيذه أو شحنه فقط. وفي حال إلغاء طلب التفصيل بعد البدء في التصنيع، يتم خصم قيمة المواد المستخدمة.

5. Delivery & Access Responsibility (التوصيل والاستلام):

• English: The customer is responsible for ensuring accurate measurements and sufficient doorway/elevator access for furniture entry. The company is not liable if items cannot enter due to restricted doorways or elevators.

• العربية: العميل مسؤول عن توفير المقاسات الدقيقة والمساحة المناسبة لتدخل منها الأثاث. نحن غير مسؤولين عن عدم إمكانية إدخال المنتج بسبب ضيق الأبواب أو المصاعد.
